In the 1940s, the Maisonnave passed to its original founders, the Alemán family. In 1997, the Maisonnave was completely refurbished. The rooms, cafeteria and restaurant were all extensively renovated and now offer unique views of the city.
On the top floor, the new, large, comfortable conference rooms can host meetings, conventions, congresses or any type of event (public or private).
