Hôtel Lyon Metropole & Spa Lyon Métropole has the biggest urban spa in France. Facilities include 2500sqm fully dedicated to wellness with a 25m indoor heated swimming pool, hydrotherapy, oriental steam bath, saunas and relaxation room. Not forgetting the beauty treatments, massage therapy centre, weight training and Cardiovascular Fitness Centre. There are kids areas for children aged from few months to 6 years old and then from 6 to 14 years old.
There also are shops, 11 tennis courts and an olympic sized outdoor swimming pool (summer only).
The spa is open from Monday to Friday from 06.00 to 22.00 and from 08.00 to 20.00 on Saturday and Sunday.

Each room is perfectly soundproof and air-conditioned. Spacious and well- furnished, with a river or pool view. Some of the rooms also have a private terrace (on request only and subject to availability with extra charge).

The Lyon Métropole restaurant proposes to its guest’s delicious dishes changing with seasons, in spacious and bright rooms. The “Brasserie “also offers a large terrace facing the outdoor swimming pool.
