Public transport services can be found practically outside our front door, providing links throughout the entire city. Saarlandstraße underground station (on the yellow U3 line) is just a 4-minute walk away, while numerous bus routes depart from just a few hundred metres away, providing a direct connection to the airport.
Shopping trips to the city centre, a visit to one of the numerous museums, or a journey to the harbour are all possible via public transport, each trip taking around 20 minutes.
The business centres of City-Nord and Alster-City, which are home to numerous renowned companies, as well as the famous media centre of Kampnagel, can be reached on foot in a matter of minutes.

In case of early departure or late arrival the Heikotel - Hotel am Stadtpark will charge 90% of the room rate for the dates which were booked but not taken.
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
