The hotel is fully licensed and has a lift to all floors, serving 85% of the bedrooms.

- Take the M5.
- Join the A361 to Ilfracombe.
- Once in Ilfracombe, follow the signs to the seafront (Wilder Road).
- Proceed along Wilder Road.
- Continue over the traffic lights.
- Approximately 100 metres further along on the right-hand side is the Grosvenor Hotel.
